FIRM OVERVIEW

Entreken Associates, Inc. has been serving Florida from our West Coast office since 1985. The firm offers decades of experience in commercial real estate consulting and valuation, as well as residential real estate consulting and valuation. The firm provides assignment results in a wide variety of approved appraisal and valuation formats meeting the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, Yellow Book, HUD, Florida Department of Transportation, Fannie Mae, USDA and Freddie Mac.

The mission of Entreken Associates is to help our clients reach their goals by educating them about real estate. We do this by achieving the highest level of real estate education for ourselves and sharing our knowledge with others.

With an office in Saint Petersburg, we are here to serve all your real estate appraisal and valuation needs in Florida, as well as market studies throughout the country.

Our staff is comprised of MAI and SRA designated members of the Appraisal Institute and ASA designated members of the American Society of Appraisers, many with decades of real estate experience. Through our multiple locations, we can perform single asset or portfolio assignments.

We have provided FEMA Guideline Valuation Reports and Insurable Replacement Cost Estimates for a multitude of individual clients to present to municipalities and insurance companies. The Replacement Cost Reports adhere to the highest standard and have a high level of detail to be sure the reports exceed expectations.

    Tom is a graduate of Eckerd College in Saint Petersburg, Florida. He obtained his SRA Designation of the Appraisal Institute in 1994. Tom supervises the Residential Department of Entreken Associates, Inc. and has been a partner/senior managing director since 1994.

    Senior Managing Director/Partner

    Wes is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He obtained both the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. Wes is a Senior Managing Director and supervises the Commercial Department of Entreken Associates, Inc.

    Mark is a 1991 graduate of Florida State University where he majored in Real Estate and Finance. He obtained the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2003. Mark leads the litigation appraisal practice area for Entreken Associates, Inc.
